General Objective
To promote that participants acquire a level of knowledge and development in helping relationship skills and compassion that will enable them to make the therapeutic relationship sustainable over time and allow them to help transform the experience of suffering of the people they care for into a shared experience of growth.
Specific Objectives
- To integrate and understand the Counselling Concept, as well as its limitations, objectives and aims in helping interventions.
- To know what emotional intelligence is and the attitudes and skills of the counsellor and their development through simulated practice and continuous assessment.0
- Identify the values and beliefs that come into play in the clinical relationship and their importance in the helping relationship process.
- To understand the main concepts and definitions of Mindfulness, evidence-based clinical applications and the main techniques.
